Lead Agricultural Equipment Service/Diagnostic Technician

We’re looking for an experienced technician who can diagnose problems, make repairs, and help keep our service department running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair tractors, hay equipment, and agricultural implements
Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drivetrains
Work independently through diagnostics and repairs
Communicate with customers about equipment issues and repairs
Document completed work and repair details
Help organize the daily service workload
Help develop the service department as we grow
Mentor additional technicians as the team expands

What We’re Looking For

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience working on agricultural equipment
Knowledge of diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and drivetrain systems
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Clear, professional communication with customers and coworkers

Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative

We’re looking for someone who understands agriculture, knows how to work with customers, and can help them find equipment that fits their operation.

What You’ll Do

Work directly with farmers, landowners, and other customers
Sell tractors, hay equipment, agricultural implements, fencing products, parts, and related equipment
Help customers choose equipment based on their needs
Follow up consistently with leads and customers
Learn product specifications and available equipment options
Prepare quotes and assist customers through the sales process
Coordinate with our parts and service departments

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge of agriculture and farm equipment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to build genuine, long-term customer relationships
Consistent follow-through with leads and customers
Willingness to learn product specifications and equipment options
A practical, customer-first approach to sales
